Owner of Ananda, ERYT 500, YACEP and Master Pilates Instructor.
In Meghan’s classes you will be encouraged to experience different pieces of your whole self, and learn how to harness your unique power for personal growth. Meghan focuses on establishing healthy movement patterns to replace old ones no longer of service, and uses multiple methods to help students dive deep into themselves. Meghan is a yoga and Pilates instructor from Laramie who, through her practice, overcame obesity in her early 20s and PTSD from time in the US Navy. She received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification from Hot Power Yoga in Laramie in 2014, her 300 hour Yoga Alliance certification from Shannon Paige in 2016, and her Master Pilates Certification from the Pilates Institute of Boulder in 2017. She has studied with Jeanie Manchester, Douglas Brooks, Amy Ippolitti, Gary Kraftsow, James Fox, Jaime Amor, and others to deepen her academic understanding of philosophy, the physical anatomy of the emotional realm, and her own practices of asana and meditation.
She has also guided backpacking and climbing trips, works with veterans, and is always looking for ways to combine all of her passions into one big adventure for students (and herself).
In her most romantic personal imagery you will find her meditating on top of a mountain somewhere deep in the wild.
Sylvia Carl - NSCA-CPT, RYT-500
CYT-500, Pn1, NSCA-CPT,
Founder of Ananda Health and Wellness Center. Certified Yoga instructor at the 500 hour level through D'ana Baptist, Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2012.
Sylvia began practicing yoga in 1994, to become more flexible for climbing. Not long after she began her practice, she discovered the mental benefits as well as the physical benefits of yoga and has been hooked ever since. She (officially) began teaching in 2007 after completing her 500 hour teacher training in Salt Lake City. In her personal life as well as in the classroom, she focuses on how to efficiently and effectively balance work, play, community service, and fitness in a way that nourishes the body and soul rather than depleting them. She chooses to live a full life; full of purpose, compassion, joy, and love. Sylvia believes that in order to live life fully with joy we need to treat our bodies, minds, and souls with respect.
Some of the many wonderful teachers she has studied with include the founders of Acroyoga, Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein, yoga anatomy expert, Leslie Kaminoff, D'ana Baptiste, Charolotte Bell, and Scott Moore. She completed trainings in safe alignment with Gina Caputo (ERYT-500) and Trauma-Informed Yoga with Hala Khouri (M.A., ERYT). She earned a 30 hour certification in Ayurveda in Chiang Mai, Thailand with Balarama Chandra Das. Her teaching style is based on a mix of traditions to find the right style for EveryBody.
Sylvia became a certified personal trainer in 2012. Since then she has continued her education through various certifications such as: Kettlebell Athletics Coach Certification, Program Design, Perform Better Summits, Precision Nutrition Certification with John Berardi, and is currently working toward an in depth, 1000 hour certification with Yoga Medicine.
She has especially enjoyed combining her training as a yoga teacher and trainer with what she has learned in psychology classes and trainings on changing habits to create holistic lifestyle/training plans for her clients to meet their goals.

Coming from a gymnastics background, she loves incorporating strength and flexibility with breathing in her own practice. She strives to help people learn new poses and achieve their yoga goals!
Jackie loves to be outside which includes rock climbing, hiking, running, and lounging in hammocks! She is passionate about keeping our earth's water clean and spreading the joy of yoga to everybody. Gina has been practicing yoga since 1999. Yoga complimented her Tae Kwon Do, Judo, and Tai Chi classes. Since then yoga has become an integral part of her life. After recognizing that her depression was intensifying, Gina began deepening her relationship with her yoga practice. She received her 200 hour certification from Blossom Yoga Studio in Laramie, WY in 2013 and was trained primarily in Vinyasa Yoga or Flow Yoga. Gina’s experience with depression, anxiety, and the healing powers of yoga drive her practice and teaching today. Gina’s approach to her yoga practice and classes is often framed by her degrees in anthropology and English literature. Her classes often include stories, themes, personal insights, and mythological tales. Gina believes that yoga is like the universe, there is space and healing for all.
