Gina has been practicing yoga since 1999. Yoga complimented her Tae Kwon Do, Judo, and Tai Chi classes. Since then yoga has become an integral part of her life. After recognizing that her depression was intensifying, Gina began deepening her relationship with her yoga practice. She received her 200 hour certification from Blossom Yoga Studio in Laramie, WY in 2013 and was trained primarily in Vinyasa Yoga or Flow Yoga. Gina’s experience with depression, anxiety, and the healing powers of yoga drive her practice and teaching today. Gina’s approach to her yoga practice and classes is often framed by her degrees in anthropology and English literature. Her classes often include stories, themes, personal insights, and mythological tales. Gina believes that yoga is like the universe, there is space and healing for all.

Shannon has been practicing yoga for five years, and recently finished her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Ananda. Her favorite classes include the movement of a Vinyasa flow, but also the mind and breath work of a restorative class. Yoga has been a great addition to keeping her healthy and injury free as she enjoys other activities such as climbing, running, and skiing. She also finds yoga to be a beneficial tool for stress management. When she is not teaching, Shannon is working at a local art and screen-printing shop on Main street called Snow Deep Designs. She loves to incorporate this creative side into some of her yoga classes. Her hope is to spread this love of yoga to anyone and everyone.
Nico has been practicing yoga for about 6 years. She grew up dancing but when it became too hard on her body she found yoga to keep the flow moving. She fell in love with what the practice did for her physical and emotional well being. After taking her 200 hour yoga teacher training, she discovered a passion in helping others connect with themselves through movement and breath. Her classes are often powerful yet soothing and allow for a full body experience.
