Integrative Yoga for Chronic Pain

This workshop will introduce the current research in managing chronic pain, chronic inflammation, and chronic injury, and how to incorporate this research into a mind-body practice. Practices will integrate body-based meditation and mindfulness, restorative yoga, and breath practices. You’ll receive an information packet to help you continue these practices at home.
