HIIT It Outdoors!

June Block:  Wednesdays 12-12:45pm at City Park, by the playground.

45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  We will use our bodies, partners, bands and playground equipment for a well rounded group of exercises designed to give you the most efficient and effective way to lose body fat, train for your sport, and have fun!
