Advancing Asana Series - Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana and Natarajasana

A 90-minute intensive to advance your physical and subtle practice of asana. We will work with specific movement patterns and key actions to build strength and harness focus, which will prepare your body to apply them in a new way to create complex shapes. You will begin to see the interconnectedness between all shapes on and off your mat. If you've wanted to try new things and increase your asana intelligence this is your chance. This is not a beginning level class, experience with flow classes is necessary.
