Injury Prevention and Recovery for Bikers, Runners, Hikers

Wellness Program - Our Wellness Program is designed to help transition from physical therapy to finding your groove in your own exercise and wellness program. This will also be an appropriate series for anyone who is not in PT, but is having pain, or anyone wanting to prevent pain and injury. This series will focus on how to prevent and overcome common overuse injuries and pain from biking, running, and hiking.

This series will run June 1st - August 31st.

We are now offering this program as a class.  You may drop in for $12, use your punch card, or membership.
